  18.     Thanks very much for your response. My ISP also uses USR's, and as I 
  19. mentioned, in general everything's working splendidly. I get great connects every time 
  20. and my throughput on, say ftp transfers is exceptional. Indeed, it's only in cases like 
  21. those that I mentioned (only transfers via http) that I get this consistent choking at certain 
  22. sites. That's what makes it so bloody frustrating.
